“BOX OF LOVE” STORY

“My experience with the Box of Love went beyond my expectation. Why? Because I was actually invited in the house by the family. They had several other family members that they introduced me to. They are looking forward to meeting Karl next time. An hour after I left their house, I got a call on my cell – I didn’t give them my cell phone number so they must have really wanted to talk to me. I almost didn’t answer my cell because I didn’t recognize the phone number. It was a God thing. It was ‘my family’ and Marciella just wanted to thank me again and tell me how special it was for me to come over. She wanted to know if she could come and clean my house or do anything to say “thank you”. Karl will be able to go with me next time. Our goal is to build a relationship with them and be able to bless their family with the ‘fruit and vegetables’ of our labor.”
We will again be providing Boxes of Love this month to families in need. Boxes and the grocery list are available at the church office.
